@Abner Nakihei Jr your are not listing the most most important information of it all. What is your ARV. Nothing else matters if you don’t know that to see if the numbers work. If the numbers are killer then figure it all out. I won’t plenty here on Oahu with people in there. That’s the easy part. Cash for keys etc. hard part is getttong the deal at numbers that work. What is your conservative ARV?

@Chris Chantavong Just looked past my fears of bigger numbers and not lesion to others saying it is a hard market. To me it’s a easy One. Oh yea by killing I mean making over a seven figure gross by the end of the year.

@Gary F. Not at all saturated. Just bigger price points. So that is anyone fear at first. But if you think like everyone then I would be stuck like them. Really it’s prospective.

@Jerry W. Easy to me cause we have lower competition. Just have to raise more private money then you. But guess what’s else is bigger. Profit!!! Yea. Would love to hear your market price points.

We been flipping in Hawaii now for some time. We have 10 projects going now and buying 3 more. At first everyone said it couldn’t be done. But I didn’t care I was going figure it out. We just hit 7 figures in profit and are trying to keep growing. Next step is to really scale it more to keep growing.

Do anyone know any sights that is a Add Builder for Craigslist adds. All the ones i googled don't work anymore. You can only do so much now on Craigslist now. Any web sites you can recommend. I goggled it and found nothing good.
