Looking at funding this deal, duplex flip. We've been multifamily brokers for 4+ years and have flipped most with our funding. Looking to take this to the next level. Anyone used hard money to fund a duplex flip? All in will be about 190k and ARV is 263k so we have the equity to refinance once it is complete if we can't sell it. This deal is here in columbus
