Tons of equity, what now?!
Hey everyone,
I have about $700,000-900,000 in equity on 7 single family homes. Any advice on how to scale or the best way to scale? No debt on these houses at all. Thanks in advance!

If you can still have positive CF after you refinance...then refi and get your Equity working instead of lounging around being lazy.
