First time flip analysis
Advice for first time flip! I’m a new investor looking for my first deal, my current situation makes the most sense for a flip.
What do you look for in flips? Where do you draw the line?
Planning my first more cosmetic flip using hard money, have my contractors set and have been scanning the mls for potentials. Obviously deals are out there and hard to find at times, but any advice on deal hunting as well as things a newbie might not be keeping in mind.
Thanks!
