If you google earth to the street level you will see a train station or something across the street.  You will have noise pollution, bad smells, and an eyesore.  Plus there is a couch in the front yard for this address.   Look right across the street.  Who would want to choose to live there.

That is a big problem!! The first thing I would do if someone sends you a deal is to google earth and say to yourself, would I want to live there.  What would the noise, smells, visual appeal be to me.  The answer would be zero for me.  How about for you?  Don't even think about numbers until you doing that google earth tour etc...

You couldn't pay me to live there.  Over $1,000 rent to live there?  Now a few blocks away? Maybe.  It amazes me that people get away with disguising this type of a property as a good buy.

Buyer beware!! Especially if you are out of state, living in a State where it is difficult to find cash flowing rental properties without putting 50% down.  I fear some of these outfits are preying on unsuspecting buyers.
