Is this a bad time to start investing?
I’ve been watching the markets for about 2 years and it seems to me we are about to see another correction like we did in 08/09. I just found a triplex with a storefront in a nice town but I am worried about getting it to commercial real estate now. What do you guys think? Are we about to have another housing crash?

Tyler Watts yes I think a crash is imminent. To be safe you need to do two things.
1. Not buy anything for at least the next 20 years.
2. Send any and all things that may look like deals to me. You may be tempted to buy them but don’t because remember you should wait 20 years to be safe
