Door and shutter color for a flip in Michigan

Hi all, 

I'm looking for ideas on what to paint the door and shutters on this flip in Bay City Michigan. 

The ramp is gone and i'm planning on sticking with the brown color for the front deck. 

The new front door is white - paint it light grey? medium grey? dark grey? Navy? teal? some shade of green? 

Shutters - fresh coat of paint to match the green of the roof? 

I'm planning on adding a fresh coat of blacktop sealer for the driveway 

Any ideas would be appreciated. This is a higher end house for the area.
