Appraisal now or wait until house is furnished?
I Need help, I just finished remodeling my 1st brrrr and now I’m at the stage of refinancing. I just rented the house and they are moving in next week but the appraisal is this week.
My question is, should I change the appraisal date and wait until the house is furnished or no? Will it mame a difference?
Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Your tenant's furniture will not matter to an experienced appraiser. Get it appraised while it is empty so as not to inconvenience your new tenants.
