I have a partner and is willing to go in on a property with me, she has the time in on the job and everything etc.. my question is can we get a FHA loan as a partnership or how does that work , or how could I approach this to make it work with no money down but the job history and above 580 credit?

@Tim Swierczek is a loan officer and may be able to help.

If memory serves correct, the current requirement is 3.5% down (via FHA loan)

Not sure about partnering on an FHA, at least if you're 2 different households.
