Disabled vet. How 2 transfer properties over 2 husband in an LLC?

Disabled vet. Training my husband to be a landlord while I focus on my health and raising the kids. He bought his first property yesterday. :) I have 2 rentals in my name before we got married. How do we set up an LLC in his name? Do we have to worry about the due on sale clause being triggered? Everything's paid on time. My 2 properties are in FL and his 1 property is in AL. Does he need 2 LLC's?
