Interested in buying 23 Longleaf Circle Fairhope, AL 36532. I was thinking I could list it for a higher price and offer seller financing. But I can't seem to find any nearby that are comparable. 

Update: Decided to not wholesale and renovated the big darn project myself. Went $30,000 over budget. ARV a little higher than what I comped at so we'll see if we make that up when we sell it. I'll put up pictures soon. Looks so good.

It's an excellent book. I also recommend the 4 hour work week.
