qualified intermediary in DC
Hey Everyone!
I live in DC and am doing a 1031 exchange and I need a good intermediary. can anyone refer one? thanks in advance guys.

@Arch D., the geographical location of your intermediary isn't really of consequence. Any intermediary with a national footprint and demonstrated experience can take care of you as 1031 is a federal statute that most states follow for the most part.
In most cases sales and purchases are in different areas anyway so good QIs know how to cross geographical areas.
