Hi Everybody,

I am looking to buy a commercial property in Washington D.C by doing a 1031 exchange and not using a realtor to purchase. My first question is where can I find the D.C. Purchase Agreement online? Is that something I have to buy or can I download for free from a website? Also should i contact an attorney to draft up a contract?

Thank you

thanks Shaun and your right I just got back from Detroit and the whole city is abandoned.  its really sad.  I saw two properties that may be worth it  years later, one on E. jefferson and one on Woodward. both are like two minutes from downtown. overall Detroit is not my ideal city yet
