Zombie home with so much potential!
I stumbled upon this beautiful neglected home In a great suburban area with great schools and close to a major freeway. The home is not listed with any realtor on any website or with any company. The owner put up a for sale sign. I would love to talk to the owner, who is obviously motivated to sell and wants to keep as much of the profits themselves , about renting the home out or helping them find a buyer as is or helping them find a buyer while occupying the home in its current state and making necessary upgrades.
I have no experience with real estate.
Is this even a thing?
Help! It' a beautiful home and I truly don' want to see it go to waste.
