Is Lago Vista TX a Good Market to Invest

I am still trying to figure out where and how to start into this Real Estate Investing Industry but it is kind off hard when you live in a hot market like Austin, TX. I have been looking at properties and land in Lago Vista and some of them are really cheap but I am not sure if their value will increase with the time

Has anybody done any deal in Lago Vista TX? 

How is the market right now for that specific area?

Any recommendations?

As an investor and wholesaler here in Austin, I would say that your majority of investors are not flipping in Lago Vista. That's not to say people are investing in that area though! Any area can be a great area to invest in, as long as you are buying at the right price! 

The majority of the deals Ive sold to investors have been in central Austin and the immediate surrounding areas, although I have been apart of half a dozen deals in Lago. 

Dont be discouraged, just be patient and wait for the right deal.
