Is the BP Pro account worth it? Any successful partnerships?

I'm a full-time real estate investor. I need like $200k at a time. I originally joined BP because I heard that it was a forum for REI, and thought that I could attract some interest from investors just starting out, or bigger investors looking to go 50:50 with me. I am essentially looking for partners, as I already have investors.

Never in my life have I had so many tire kickers! I feel like most people on these forums ask about what my plan is, then I never hear from them again. Hopefully none of them execute those plans, because without an NDA or partnership in place, I would never give them exact details. It's like trying to sell a used car on Craigslist! I get more questions from internet people about my plans than from a REI banker...

So I'm here wondering if the pro account is worth it? Has ANYONE ever partnered up on here? How did it go? I am not one to just frivolously spend money, and I don't need anymore info on REI. Is BP the site I want to be on for finding investors/partners?
