Hello BP members, my name is Christian. I am 23 years of age and currently working on getting my Real Estate license. I am about one step away from getting it. Let's hope everything goes well!

I have been reading and listening to BP podcasts as much as I can to learn more about real estate investing. I am currently seeking to find my first investment property, a duplex to be exact, in the Nashville area. 

I'm interested in finding mentors, lenders, and real estate investing contacts in the area, to enhance my networking. Also looking for any advice and tips to get me started.
