Rehabbed my 1st rental unit: numbers, before and after, success!

So, I rehabbed my first rental unit. This one had a tenant in there for 13 years (which I inherited), had cats and a dog that were never on the lease. Needless to say, they didn't leave it in good shape. I used my own labor for part of it (shown in the hours column). Here are my numbers:
