Home has been listed & de-listed a ton-cause for concern?

This is just what could fit in the screenshot. It was last sold in 2008, and looks like the deal didn't go through after the inspection on October 8th, 2015. What exactly is going on here? To me it seems like they're trying really hard to get rid of the property, but why would you keep listing and delisting?
