Basement unit 3 bed/1bath   Potential income 1500/month

upstairs unit 3 bed/1 bath      Potential income 1600/month

Purchase Price: $339,000.00 

 Estimated Repairs: $5,000.00 

Down Payment: $67,800.00

@Dustin Frank does the zoning allow for two units? If it's in Denver proper, I seriously doubt it unless the lot is less than 50 ft wide. I sold a duplex lot for $350,000 several years ago so that tells me it's either a legal non-conforming use, an illegal use or outside of the City limits of Denver. My guess at that price point it's an illegal use or is outside of the Denver city limits. Care to elaborate?
