how many homes can you put up in approximately 4 acres - Phoenix

Plan to buy approximately 4 acres in Phoenix Az to develop median range homes - 1500 - 1800 sq ft - correctly priced - NW valley 

Can someone shed some light on this - cost of construction per sft and average sale price - so I can work out the basics / profitability / feasibility

way to broad of a question who knows.. you never know till you try and work with the city and your consultants.. certainly can't make any decisions asking hte internet folks thats pure folly
