Been away traveling a lot, but added 2 more properties on the go

I haven't been on BP in a while as I pretty much shut down during the summer months, and have been traveling a lot this summer with my other business ventures, but I picked up two more off-market properties this week while traveling.  That's the best part of this business, when done right, having the freedom to shut down or pick up whenever you want, and those mailbox checks still come in monthly.  I'll keep everyone updated once I flip these two properties.  #KeepGrinding
