Question:

Should you form a LLC with 2 multi-plexes? Say if you have 2 4 unit apartment buildings 1 A Avenue and 2 A Avenue. Should you form 1 LLC or 2 LLC's? Advice? Suggestions? What is the idea behind an LLC?

Thanks

Ryan Cash you absolutely can buy properties with an LLC. I do it all the time. Make offers under the name of my LLC, write contracts and close on deals.
