Lease Option opportunity for investor?

Naomi Freeman

Hi all,  My main focus right now is lease options. I came across an owner that is willing to do a lease option on his four-plex with an investor.

I would be interested myself, however, it's a little too far from me, in a town called Waterbury, CT, where I don't feel that I would be able to effectively manage it.

Any suggestions on how I may be able to to get the word out to an investor in the area that would be interested, and plus get some sort of finder's fee providing it all works out?  Thanks!! - Naomi
