Hi all, right now we have filled the position - thank you though to everyone!

Thank you Ryan and Scott for the data - I  had never heard of it being a property management function - wasn't sure if I was missing the loop on something there or not.

I run a property management company.

I have a client that recently forwarded a notice from the secretary of the state for them to file annual reports on each of their LLCs, (like 16 of them).

I have already provided them annual reports.

I've never had any of my other clients send this to me.

Am I missing something?  Are they out of line. I agreed to handle their properties, not their LLCs.... thoughts?  feedback?

Need someone to do outbound calls.
No experience needed.
the more you work, the more money you make.

You can be remote.

Must have a good personality.

Please email me at [email protected] for further data. Much thanks!!

Hi Kevin,

I live right in the New Haven area. Are you open to doing a "sandwich" lease option or straight lease option with me?

kind regards,  Naomi

Move right into this fabulous 4-5 bedroom home in an excellent cul-de-sac Hamden neighborhood. Enjoy a private yard backing up to woods on 3.6 acres and walk to hiking trails. Spacious MBR Suite includes 2 large bonus rooms, 2 walk in closets and a private balcony. Additional 780 sqft of finished living space in LL with walkout, full bath, and kitchen area ideal for an in law apartment, Au Pair, or play room. Upstairs laundry. New furnace and new hot water heater. Some fresh paint and owner will have other rooms painted your colors as desired as well as replace some carpets and appliances. West Woods School district. Priced to sell so don't miss out on this wonderful property!

Thank you so much for your feedback.... I like the idea of it.  A little confused on the "selling the lease to a manager" part... any way you're able to expound on that?

Hi all,  My main focus right now is lease options. I came across an owner that is willing to do a lease option on his four-plex with an investor.

I would be interested myself, however, it's a little too far from me, in a town called Waterbury, CT, where I don't feel that I would be able to effectively manage it.

Any suggestions on how I may be able to to get the word out to an investor in the area that would be interested, and plus get some sort of finder's fee providing it all works out?  Thanks!! - Naomi

Multi-family close to downtown New Haven in the process of being gentrified by Yale.

Owner motivated to sell - since her husband passed away 2 years ago, she has been unable to keep up with repairs and managing property and is feeling overwhelmed.
