Fixer upper foreclosed condo project

12 condo units foreclosed on. 20 years old, repair high end $8000 each, plus roof repair and common landscape clean up. Exterior paint also. $110K each ARV. If someone could buy in bulk all 12 offering say $75K this could be a great deal but I do not have down payment of 25% of $1M. (approximate cost). Could be complete within 6-8 months. Any advice on buying into a bulk condo renovation deal, especially how to finance 99% of it?
