3 TRIPLEXES 1 MORTGAGE?

Hey guys,

I need input on this. I want to purchase 3 triplexes however I'm trying to make sure I analyze every method of financing before I commit to one method and a price that goes along with it.

THE DEAL IS PENDING and its in FLORIDA.

Is it possible to get 1 mortgage for 3 triplexes? 2 of the 3 properties are owned by 1 owner and the third is another owner.

would this be considered a commercial loan?
