Taxes and Insurance

Hey everyone. I am currently looking to purchase a multiunit property in Long Beach area. I am already working with a good relator that is providing me with lots of potential properties. I'm posting this to gain some insight on the analysis portion of the process. I'm having a tough time figuring out the taxes and insurance on these properties. The first couple of properties I looked at I cant seem to figure out what the taxes are on them and for the insurance I had to call my insurance company and answer a ton of questions on each property. Is there a more stream line way of doing this?
