Cleaned Out My Office at my W2 JOB

About three years ago I posted about my w2 job putting me on as "on-call" (unfortunately, I can't find the post where I shared about this situation). I only was to only come in when they had work for me (started at about 30 hrs per week). Well on Thursday last week I finally stopped by and cleaned out my old office as the company was moving and they would not have a place for my stuff at the new office. I'm not surprised, I hadn't been in this year, nor had I worked even 1 hour last year (2016). I made twice my annual salary last year on one deal and have already grossed more than my salary was this year on flips alone. Can't say I'm sorry to see the final chapter on my old w2 job. I must say that it was frightening at first but now I wouldn't go back to a 40 hour job for any salary amount.

Thanks to @Jerry Puckett and @Michael Quarles for firing up this site and making it happen. Thanks to for all the Denver investors and those here who provided encouragement and help along the way.
