    As someone who takes on the risk and does the work, I view it this way:

    Congrats Mary and Brynn. The place looks great!  I'm sure it took a lot of time and  A LOT of effort.  I bet it was scary at times, taking on this risk.  Next time I would put a sign in the yard and at least try selling myself.  You just have up half your profit in one day on the market.
