A few hours of real estate education to help people understand the multiple avenues that exist in the real estate investing world.


I've made millions of dollars in residential real estate and I actively (and successfully) use these avenues to continuously grow my business. These avenues include:

-Brokerage Business (Yes Being an Agent)

@Asif I. We don't have any restrictions of what you mentioned. You do not have to use contractors we recommend and you do not have to list the homes with us. 

The roselle office has a slightly different model than the Naperville office. 

Also not sure what you're referring to about not seeing your goal ARV. You passed up on this one in South Holland for 65k. This property is under contract at a 200k list price (put under contract in 2 weeks). Much better than 70% ARV.

Property needs cosmetic work (approx 80k if you use our GC). ARV is 700k+. Hot neighborhood in Chicago. Single family homes sell as high as 1.2M.

Gross Rental Income: $$5,550/month (Not currently Rented)

Taxes: $550/month

Insurance: $125/month
