Rehab Advice Any help would be appreciated!
I am looking at a older home 1970. All the walls are wood paneling. I would like to flip this house, what would you guys to with the wood paneling? change to sheet rock or paint paneling?

It depends on the ARV. If it's under 150k, I'd leave it and paint it. Also depends on how much room is in the budget.
