Closed on a wholesale deal on Monday, a win, win, win for all.  The seller is happy because he cashed out and got needed capital for another project, I'm happy because I made a little money while helping the seller and end-buyer, and the end-buyer is happy because he got a great deal on a turnkey occupied rental property to expand his portfolio.

As Zig Ziglar always said... "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want."
