Lease option strategies
Whats up BP?
My question is when offering any type of lease option to a seller, how long do you have to find a tenant and how do you go about finding a tenant?
Thanks in advance

@Ronnie Monroe My contracts say that I have 90 days to find, qualify, & have the seller approve a tenant/buyer. If I can't get a tenant/buyer in place in 90 days, we can either part as friends or I can continue, if the seller wishes, to keep going until we get someone in the home. It also states in the contract that the 1st payment isn't due to the seller for 30 days after the tenant/buyer is in place.
