Brentwood vs Hyde park in Jacksonville, FL. What is better?

Hi bp members,

I need your help to decide what kind of neighborhood is better. Currently i'm choosing between Brentwood and Hyde park. There is an opportunity to purchase multifamily property near Hyde park golf club but i've been heard that cross of roads Hyde Grove ave and Jammes road is unreliable. Does anybody know if it's true? The second neighborhood i'm interested in is Brentwood, area of Main st N, very close to Cemetry park. About this place i didn't hear anything bad but there are some doubts if it's right location for investment. I'm looking forward to hearing any thoughts regarding these neighborhoods, their credibility.

Thank you guys.
