What's the best investment strategy with 5 millions cash
Hello BP experts,
I and my partners have about 5 millions in liquid funds. We would like to invest in RE. We are considering flagged hotels, multifamily, SFR portfolio, buy and hold , retail shopping centers. We are looking to invest in portland, Oregon but open to out of state.
It seems that the CAP rate for multifamily in the portland area is between 5-6%.
Which investment strategy do you recommend to achieve best ROI ?
