I have been apart of Bigger Pockets for only a few months now. After a few weeks of connecting with individuals, I found my (business) partner. Since then we have created our business name, developed our website, designed our cards, and now on our way to our FIRST deal.

Start with a book, and a highlighter. Go to your local grocery store and buy yourself a notepad! as well as a great pen... :D write notes.

It has been a big part of my knowledge of Real Estate. If you have an apple device follow their podcast, you will not regret it. It is FULL of information, and you can just listen to it in your car. Instead of listening to hip-hop, jazz, or whatever you're into.
