My colleague and I are the leads. We will be recruiting investors to fund the project with-in this month. 

My REI friend who flips residential properties in Fountain Square (East of Indy). Will be responsible for providing tenants, the tenants will be from his non-profit organization. His organization offers safe affordable housing for misfortunate young adults. It's not going to be like a section 8 property... But it will be a hip (normal) place to live for the single, blue collared young adult in the inner city. Also it will be close to night life, and plenty of businesses.

So I'm feeling very drawn towards investing into a 100 unit apartment building in Indianapolis, IN. It's such a big step, but i know it will pay off with great success! Do you have any tips or tricks to help me with this journey?
