Good morning bigger pockets, I have been in real estate for a year now I have had 4 rental deals I am aiming to average at least 2 deals a month however my goal is 5 deals a month(sales deals included. I just wanted to ask a couple questions to experienced agents. 1) what does it take & how long did it take for your real estate business to take off? 2)What did you do to get a consist cash flow as a real estate agent? 3) is having money to back your advertisement & lead generation more important or is the footwork and geo farming more important? 4) what would be your best advice for me to reach my goal of 5 deals a month?

I am a real estate agent in Brooklyn NYC with Highline residential. I have rented two apartments in my first two months in the business however I am still learning ways to better myself as an agent. I would like to be able to put more money towards my advertising  and business. I decided to join postmates to raise money to invest in my self. I would like to know if this was a good idea or if I should just focus exclusively on real estate?

Hello, how is everyone I am new to the real estate world I specialize in rentals and currently working on other projects. I have a lot in my inventory. If you would like to leave any advise, contact me or even WORK with me feel free to comment.

Hello everyone, my name is Alexander Pierre-Louis. I am a 19 year old African american male from Brooklyn, New York. I have little to no experience about real estate investing. However i understand the concept of real estate investing. I've seen webinar's from Josh Altman  and Cody Sperber which lead up to buying an expensive real estate crash course for making money. My goal in real estate (In life in general) is to achieve financial freedom I'm currently in college and being in school makes me realize that Im only going to be young for so long. I don't want to work for someone for a substantial amount of years so I feel like I have to set my dreams in motion now to better not only myself but my family as well. I feel like real estate is a calling for me everything I have been doing since 2016 started has something to do with ether a realtor or someone telling me i should look into real estate. As of right now I am open to having a mentor to show me how to properly real estate invest so feel free to leave comments. I came along bigger pockets and realized that this is a community that I should be involved in i currently have the pro package to get the most out of this experience.
