Hey BP Forums ,

I need help on making a great spreadsheet for a investor willing to invest into a 22 unit building.

Now with making this sheet? Don't i need to find the vacant percentage ? Size of lot ? Size of building and much more like looking into deep history or the building ? 

Now the main questions is where would i find those such thing so i could also get insurance quotes?
