I'm not sure how you are presenting yourself the attorney. NC contacts are by default not assignable, but it is very easy to make them assignable. All NC RE attorneys understand the standard form. BTW, If you have not read it end-to-end, every clause and every letter, you should.
Just strike out the Assignments clause. Also, put in as buyer "Your Name or assigns".
The above is from the standard 12-T (Vacant Land) in a contract I wrote last week. I plan to assign to an LLC controlled in part by myself, but I could just as easily assigned to anyone. I don't play 'wholesale' games, but do tend to assign to entities (ones I either control outright or have membership interest in).
