total knock down of a property and pricing the new build.
Hello everyone if someone can answer a question for me. I am about to do a wholesale deal and the property is a hurricane sandy left over in New York. It needs to be totally knocked down. How do I figure the pricing for new construction not rehab so i can put in a fair bid on the property and everyone will be happy. Thank you in advance and may receive many blessing for helping all these families in our business.
