2 house pricing vs single family pricing
Hello Everyone if I'm trying to find comps for a @ 2-family home, and there are mostly single-family homes in the area, how do I figure my ARV? Can I use a single-family home with similar square footage as a comparable? Single-family home with the same number of rooms? Or what else can I use as a comp? TIA
