Hard money leaders for small seconds
Just wondering are their any hard money lender that does small seconds on sub2 deals. I buy houses buy taking over the sellers loan from time to time and sometimes catch up the sellers loan and/or give the seller some cash for their equity. In the past I have used my own funds to do that, but now I am curious if their are any lenders that understand the play plus the upside for such a small investment. I am not asking for a discussion on the pros and cons of sub2 investing, pretty please.:)
