Talking my business partner into using investors!!

Me and my father are business partners. He is teaching me the ways of home flipping. He has done about 45 homes. 43 of them were with investors. My dad never had the capital himself to do it on his own. I use my income to get mortgages to do the flips and he teaches me and we split the profits. I want to use investors to up the amount of flips we can do. I would rather have part of a deal than none of a deal. My dad is totally against investors because he has been burnt badly in the past. Is there a way to prove to him that there are good quality investors that won't screw us over. If so where do I find these investors? Does anyone have any advice in talking him into using an investor? Any input would be appreciated thanks!!
