So we are looking at a 40k purchase price with an ARV of 100k. I'm estimating the property needs 15k to rehab. The property will rent after rehab for 800/m. I have the money to finance the property (20%) down. But not the rehab. How would you go about getting the money for the rehab?

25 year old making 80-90k a year through job. By the end of summer should have the credit, buying power, and about 25k to invest. I’m partnering with a 30yr old. With the same details. We are looking to invest in real estate. We want to start building a portfolio. We were looking into vacation rentals but not sure the way to go. Any advice for getting started?

Found a deal in central ohio that has a potential of bringing in 60-75k profit. I am looking for an investor to front the rehab costs for the home with a return of 30% on the profit. Any potential investors?

Me and business partner are wanting to buy a property. We are a bit short on the needed capital. What is the best way to find a trustworthy investor? What do they charge? What's the best way to go about doing this.

I wouldn't pay for a workshop. Any information they offer you can find by listening to this podcast and or reading books. As for how to get funded. Idk if it's possible for you. But I use the income I make off my 9-5 to get a mortgage to fund it. You can do a 203k rehab loan on the property to get funding for the rehab.

Hey thanks for the response. My dad had investors fund his flips. He loved to do it. He was a single father of two kids. His percentage he would get off the flips was his income. That's why he has no capital.
