Hey @Dock Newell Jr! Great question, two great ways to build an RE circle is to be intentional about networking and sharing what you know.

Looking at your past posts, the fact that you’re on BP, AND that you have a YouTube channel (i subscribed), tells me you’re doing all the right things. Stay consistent with your posts and your channel and you’ll have a huge network in no time.

I'm interested to hear about your two commercial properties. What are you doing with them?

I think Real Estate Investment is the safest option. We are all trying to secure our future and looking for the best opportunities possible to multiply our savings and wealth. There are various investment options like fixed deposits, gold, stocks, real estate investments, and even venture capital. But a close look at all of them reveals that the lowest risk and the highest returns come from real estate investment. With increasing bank scams, it is no longer safe to park all your money in banks. Gold can be stolen, so; it is a risky investment and one that puts gold owners' lives in danger by making them vulnerable to loot and attack. The stock market is also unpredictable. Growth of stock value can be slow, time-consuming, and it is heavily subject to market risks. Property values are consistently appreciated. If you look at well-to-do people around, you can see that the affluent people are generally the ones who inherited a substantial amount of property. Move Money, Don't Park It. Investing in real estate is a smart option.

Acquiring a real estate property as a money-making venture is something you can consider. Think about an investment plan for the real estate property you want to purchase: you can venture into improvements on the property which means that you’ll buy the property, undertake the necessary upgrades and renovations, transform it into a desirable property for a profit.

If you’re considering buying real estate property to have it serve as an investment, you might be entertaining concerns over whether it would be an excellent place to put your hard-earned money. Remember, this is a property you will be responsible for long-term. Would you be secure? Would you earn, should you decide to re-sell the property? Would it provide a fulfilling living experience? These are valid concerns. Once you consider the factors involved, including your readiness for such a commitment, you may find that it would be an attractive prospect to invest in real estate today. Increasing demand for rental housing might make it a risk worth taking. Investing in Real estate, particularly rental property, can provide a steady cash flow, a way to make money when you’re asleep, on vacation, or after you’ve retired. Indeed, no investment is without risk; real estate investment is by far the best and safest option. It is always necessary to equip yourself to make an informed decision. What do you think of these?

A portion of your monthly mortgage payment goes toward reducing the amount you owe on your loan. Moreover, as your home increases in value, it creates more equity for you year after year.

Investments are one of the best ways to prepare for your retirement. Instead of spending your money with nothing in return, choose to invest that will double your hard-earned money. Real estate can bring returns. Compared to other investments purchasing properties rather than renting homes that increase their value from time to time. Real estate investment doubles your money in time. You can also have your property for rent for monthly income and wait to sell it to a large cash reserve in the future.

Despite the pandemic, property investments continuously displayed resilience. Every natural being needs a home, so demand for housing remains rising. Property values can increase at exponential rates. Real estate provides better returns without as much volatility. Investing in Real estate means flexibility; there are several possible ventures options, including leasing land, buying and selling and renting property, and investing in real estate. It’s all about long-term growth. What do you think of these?
