First fix/flip under contract in Waldorf md

We officially have our first house under contract. Means my partner found a house on hubzu and are going to closing soon. We haven't even signed our LLC papers yet. We just got them in the mail. The ball is rolling now. If anyone has any experience filling in Maryland PG county or Charles county please hit us up we can use all the advice. We need good contractor referrals and the best places to get the lowest material. Wish us luck we getting knee deep.

For your LLC, you can do that pretty easily and quickly these days on Maryland's Business Express website: https://egov.maryland.gov/businessexpress.

Make sure you have a good operating agreement. Good Luck!
