Re - performing note. Borrower is in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and has made all payments since the reorganization plan was approved by the Court.. Mortgage payments are made directly to lender (i.e. not through the Bankruptcy Trustee). Original terms of the Note were modified with approval of the Court. All pertinent documents available.

I sold a property to them recently and that experience was very pleasant. I dealt with Mr. Carpenter (one of the owners) and I found him to be personable, knowledgeable about the local market and very hands on. I would definitely do business with him again. I cannot speak for the PM side of things as I have not used their services in that regard but Mr. Carpenter left a very positive impression.
