I am so excited!!! I got my offer accepted on my first rental house!!! Here's the deal: 4/2 single family, built 1910/ walking distance to 2 colleges 70k agreed-on price 1400/mo rents Pretty much turn-key/has been updated already! Thanks and good luck to you! It took me about 6 months of diligent education, networking with other investors and getting my financial ducks in a row but now I am about as ready as I can be to start!!
